In the case of the safe, you are only required to pay a deposit which is returned on departure day, but there is no daily charge for its use. On the other hand, we would also like to explain that all our Royal Level guests receive VIP treatment and service, such as personalised treatment at check-in, special room amenities on arrival and a welcome minibar. We are sorry if we have fallen short of your expectations. Finally, we were very surprised to read about the cleanliness of your room.
