Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Lástima que lo gestionen tan mal

No pudimos alojarnos porque dijeron que por un problema en el servidor no se enteraron de varias reservas y nos intentaron alojar en unos apartamentos de verano del ayuntamiento, que no estaban acondicionados. La reserva estaba pagada y pretendieron cobrarnos de nuevo porque ellos tardarían en cobrar.
