「Seems to be updated, very clean」

「It was an absolutely perfect stay. We loved everything about the hotel: modern decor, cleanliness, friendly people at the desk, nice selection of snacks and drinks, and lovely hand wash and body wash! Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect were the bed pillows, which I found to be a bit lumpy. But that’s a minor complaint. I have already recommended this hotel to someone who frequently has traveling visitors. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Greensboro. 」

「Whatever you’re telling those front desk receptionist to make them keep such positive attitudes keep it up! They were very polite and personable. The room was nice as well but customer service goes a long way. 」
