「December 2023 the pool was warm and hot tub was hot. December 2025 the pool was very cold, no longer temp controlled, and hot tub was chilly, with very little temp control. So pool was disappointing. Everything else was great!」

「This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. The main bedroom and the living room has a small patio and then there's a rooftop seating area that is an excellent spot for gazing at the Houston night skyline.
