Staff is always great and accommodating. Me and my family stay here when we visit Visalia and we are always pleased. We appreciate the breakfast that is provided in the mornings 6-9am, for being close to the highway it is pretty quiet and peaceful. Will be staying again thank you.
The room was adequately clean & comfortable bed. It appeared the room was being renovated but unfinished - no bedside lamps, the toilet paper holder was broken; tried to unplug charger & the electrical box pulled away from wall; worst - almost no water or pressure in shower & sprayer head was so old & rusty that what little water there was sprayed everywhere but down. The pricing was good, but I would not recommend staying there unless you first check the room first.
Fan in bathroom didn't work. Wasn't a big deal for me. Breakfast was "okay". Cold cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, toast, juice. No eggs. Room was very clean, shower good, staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Looks like they are in the midst of a remodel which is a good thing. However the room was not as clean as I would like. The shower, while looking like it was newer had absolutely terrible water pressure. The water came out as a trickle. Breakfast was pretty minimal. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
This is a great place to stay especially budget wise, the staff was great and very helpful as well as friendly. Breakfast was great with tasting waffles with a variety of options to top the waffles. Rooms were very clean and spacious, pool was available during our stay which we stayed in the summer so it was a plus, the A/C worked great in the room so our stay was “cool” 😉 pun intended. Thanks Super8 me and my family enjoyed our stay!

There was only one roll of toilet paper, and it had already been used. The sink wasn't draining properly, but the room was clean.
Very good stay for travelers who want to stop and test and continue their travel. Very comfortable bed & mattress. Easy park & check in. Don’t rely on the breakfast it is quick grab & go type, won’t make your stomach full.
We tried to stay here two years ago and the property was a disaster. We were very pleased to find that there is new management and the property has been renovated. The man at the front desk let me preview the room before booking. The room was clean and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great experience!
We visited this place during the Juneteenth weekend for Sequoia National Park. The experience was terrible. The place was not clean, there was dust, stains in the room and bathroom. The fridge was not working properly and there was a big ice block frozen (see pictures). The breakfast options were very limited, there were no fruits, limited bagel options. We asked for a toothpaste as well and didn't have anything. No drinking water in the room. After coming from a tiring trip the room was dirty and the service was very poor. The owner of this place also didn't bother about anything. Overall the experience was not good. Instead look for other options.

Ok for the price . Room was clean . Had the basic necessities. Had to change rooms because the first room assigned had an annoying noise coming from the Air Conditioner. Other than that was ok .
As graduates of hospitality and culinary programs, we truly appreciate the complimentary breakfast items you already provide — the bananas, apples, French toast, cereals, and breads are great. We would just like to kindly suggest adding eggs (scrambled or hard‑boiled) and sausages to help create a more complete and satisfying breakfast. It’s a small addition that would make a big difference. Thank you very much for considering this.”
This was my first time staying at this super eight and I have to say it was all good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room has been recently remodeled and felt clean modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip through Visalia.
