「Nuestra estadía fue perfecta! Alexis es un anfitrión top preocupado desde antes de nuestra llegada, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano, nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. 「Good stay in average, great staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location. Room was ok, carpet was dirty. Claimed in the front desk, but nothing was done about it.」

「The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service.」
