"Prompt airport shuttle both for drop off and pickup with a simple call. Front desk - checked in with Rahman, he was efficient, friendly, and juggling 2 customers and the phone all at the same time. Rahman totally understands customer service, friendly, smile and explained the shuttle for us. They are in the middle of some repairs and upgrades, good to see management doing maintenance to keep hotel in good condition. Shuttle van is well worn, but does its job well. Thank you for taking care of us. I will be back again for each trip out of Pasco!"
