「Sent around to back door because it was “closest to our room”. Door had sign that said lock was broken. We had to walk around to find a door that would work.
Furniture in room was shabby at best and broken at worst.
Staff at front desk was informative and helpful but inaware of the broken door. “I thought they fixed that.”」
