「The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore....

「The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. 」

「It was overall good. I did enjoy the breakfast offering. The staff wasn’t very helpful, however. I asked for help shipping a package and the first staff member said I could bring the package to the reception desk and they could print a label and arrange delivery. The second staff member I asked when I got the package ready told me they could not help me at all. I had to walk about 15 minutes to a DHL location carrying my 25lbs package to get it shipped. The property was pretty well maintained...

「It’s a great simple place and we’re very accommodating with mt secure bike storage It’s a big sporting complex and was fine Near to a pizza place as well as its own restaurant which I didn’t try Walkable to the shopping centre so no big issue Was clean and very compatible with my needs No aircon but didn’t need it Has a swimming pool and sauna free to use for guests but didn’t get to use」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic, the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, Staffs of the hotel are very freindly,helpful and good service.」
