Environnement au top!

Séjour agréable, grâce au personnel à l'accueil. L'hébergement en lui-même était propre et bien équipé, mais très simple et pas très chaleureux. Le gros moins : la literie de mauvaise qualité ! je me suis réveillée avec un mal de dos. Environnement au top par contre : à deux pas des sentiers côtiers, de la plage, et des restaurants et autres commodités des Sables-d'Or.

Pas une résidence hotelière

Mon principal problème concerne le fait qu'en ayant réservé sur Hotels.com, je m'attendais à un service hotelier. A l'accueil, on repart avec un gros sac avec les draps, à charge pour nous de faire les lits et au départ à enlever les draps et les ramener, faire le ménage de la cuisine... il n'y a évidemment aucun service hotelier. Mis à part cette remarque importante pour nous, le cadre est très bien, vue sur le golf très calme, apartement agréable (simple type pierre et vacances).

Les seuls chose qui fond que la note baisse sont que les chaises extérieur n'était pas propre et que la pente vers le parking n'est pas sécurisé est donc dangereuse pour les petits sinon top pour les vacances proche de la mer

Porteur de linge recherché!

Le choc a été de taille!!!Arrivée à la réception, on m a remis un sac de draps et de serviettes que j 'ai dû porter jusqu'à l immeuble et monter au 2ème étage!!! je pensais que j'arrivais dans une résidence 3 étoiles avec un minimum de service!! le moindre gîte offre plus de services, les draps sont sur les lits!!!! La terrasse remplie de fientes d'oiseaux était une horreur et quand j 'en ai parlé , on m ' a fait comprendre que c 'était la vie et que je devrais être contente car on m 'avait donné un appartement avec vue sur le golf! L'ai-je demandé? par contre un minimum de service et de propreté, je ne pensais pas que c 'était en option dans ce genre de résidence. Une honte, j' ai passé plus d'une heure au téléphone le samedi matin car la réception peu serviable était aussi fermée. Pour finir , vous devez rapporter le baluchon de linge avant de partir car tout le monde le fait et c'est comme ça!!!Vous devriez en avertir vos clients qui pensent payer 130 euros par nuit pour avoir un certain confort. Rien de tout ceci n'est mentionné et encore moins le dragon qui sert de réceptionniste en vous disant que vous devez prendre ce que l'on vous donne et que nous sommes fautifs d' avoir réservé en passant par Hotels.com!!! Réglez vos différents avant que vos clients naïfs et confiants en fassent les frais!!! En tout cas , mon week end a été vraiment gâché et cet avis ne répare rien.

Apartment convenable pour une famille avec des enfants. La propreté laisse à désiré. Il y avez des poiles de chien dans les chambres et dans le reste de la maison. J'ai dû passer l'aspirateur à l'arrivée.

Bel emplacement pour jouer au golf

Compliqué d'avoir les clés avant 17h - le linge de toilette et draps sont usés, pas de tapis de bain - Absence de four pour un 4/6 personnes - manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine - 1 laverie commune pour toute la résidence comprenant une machine à laver et un sèche linge payants- Parking en contrebas de la résidence avec marches toutefois possibilité de chargement et de déchargement au pied de chaque bâtiment à condition que l'accueil soit ouvert - manque le sourire à l'accueil- séjour du 23 au 27 mai 2022

A réveiller, les clients sont là.

Le standing de la résidence est inférieur à ce que nous attendions. Mobilier de basse qualité notamment dans le salon. La literie est bonne, c’est l’essentiel. Le nettoyage est assez moyen, il faisait très beau mais vu l’état du mobilier de terrasse nous n’en avons pas profité. Présence de sable sur le carrelage, forcément un petit tas était stocké à côté de la porte du logement. Lagrange semble limiter au maximum le personnel en cette période difficile, de ce fait, l’entretien n’est pas au RDV. Accueil néanmoins sympathique et impliqué, quand c’est ouvert!

Super séjour entre terre et mer

Résidence facile à trouver. Un parking privé sécurisé à disposition. Nous avons loué juste avant le reconfinement, un duplex spacieux de 45m2 avec 2 chambres avec vue sur un green de golf: hyper tranquille et agréable! Logement bien équipé. Literie correcte. Piscine disponible jusqu'à 19h00 au lieu de 19h45 annoncés (dommage), pas trop bondée vu le contexte sanitaire et bel et bien chauffée! Séjour très reposant et paisible dans un cadre verdoyant. Bémol: les terrains de tennis en face sont pitoyables...
