Très bon emplacement au calme Appartement très propre et très bien équipé avec une super belle vue. Très grand lit confortable Peter est très agréable, toujours prêt à rendre service. Il faut obligatoirement une voiture car loin de tout. Parking pour la voiture devant Piscine agréable La clim est bruyante A recommander

Had to leave...

Construction work above the apartment started on the 3rd day of our stay, continued every day until the 5th day when I decided to move out, since the noise prevented us from enjoying the apartment during the day. I requested a refund for the remaining nights but management declined, for the reason that noise was only during the day. They are starting renovation on the facades as well...

Beautiful view! good wifi for streaming videos.

Peter was absolutely amazing to work with!! He called my cell once we arrived (3 hours later than we were suppose to due to airplane issues) to make sure everything was "ok". After arriving at the hotel via taxi, (avis rental car company had no one at their kiosk because after 5) Peter offered to personally drive my husband to the grocery store to get essentials--traveling with 2 toddlers and then arranged for a rental car to be dropped off at the apartment at 9am the next morning. It also cost only 150 for the car whereas the airport rental would of been well over 100$ each day!! We saw dolphins from our 2 balconies in the water way, And the view and ocean breeze was amazing! It was very quiet and never locked the doors(meaning we left the balcony doors open 75% of the time.)

Tyne Beach Terrace- "Tranquility "

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Tyne Beach! If you are looking to relax on beachfront property, then this is the place for you! The photos on the website do not do enough justice to the beautiful beachfront private property that is Tyne Beach. We were "literally" steps to the beach. You can experience swimming and snorkeling in the warm and calm waters of the Atlantic. There is also a place next door to rent jet skis or boats. The two bedroom 1 bathroom unit was spacious and clean, and artistically and tastefully decorated. The condo is 15 minutes to the airport and close to tourist attractions (Port Lucayan, Taino Beach). I am recommending this location to all of my friends and family. A special thank you to Peter(our informal tour guide) and Robin((he booked our stay and upgraded us to a different unit). Thank you both for your hospitality 😊.

Nice, very quiet place.

Peter is the onsite contact, and he is truly wonderful! We had a rental car, and for this location you need one. It is in a lovely secluded spot.

Awesome Place to Stay

Amazing place to stay especially for the price. We loved it and will definitely be back. Kind of hope not too many people learn about this place so we can keep it to ourselves :)
