「Our stay was incredible. The facility was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful. We LOVED the fact that they had board games to play in the dining room and outside. There was plenty of room in the lobby/dining area to spend time with family, and everything was comfortable. The pool area was great. It was an excellent experience. 」

「This is my second stay in four months and I will definitely be booking again. Our first stay in September was perfect. ZERO COMPLAINTS! This trip, not necessarily a complaint, however more of a suggestion to the location. I booked a one bedroom suite and we arrived late in the evening so we were given a handicap room. I imagine it’s a first come, first serve basis sort of thing.. This isn’t a problem.. However, the carpet in the hallway leading to our room was missing a transition strip...

「Check-in was so smooth. Very kind and courteous to us after a long day of travel in snow.. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were great. Because we checked in so late, they were gracious enough to give us a late checkout. It made all the difference in the world for us. The only issue I had was the toilets. I've had two knee replacements and the toilets are the old kind that you almost have to sit on the floor. My knees made it very difficult to get up. Great restaurants just...

「Very easy check in. The gentleman that check me in was very courteous and friendly. My room was super clean and didn’t have any odors like most hotels do. The bed was very comfortable. It was just an overall superb room.」
