「Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.」

「Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.」

「Bellissima struttura molto centrale. Dispone di un parcheggio gratuito in garage, il che è un' ottima cosa per chi ha un' auto. L'appartamento è grande, pulito, con una bella TV, dotata di tutto il necessario. Proprietario gentilissimo e risponde puntualmente a qualsiasi richiesta. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio! Grazie 」
