"The decor, room, food and overall ambiance were amazing. The staff was terrible though. They were mean, condescending and rude. Policies varied from employee to employee. I will never stay there again due to the employees. "

"Our family with young kids came to Omaha for an event. We chose this hotel because it was near the event center, had a pool, had free breakfast, and was not super expensive. (Despite charging $15 for parking; but in my research I found most in the area did the same thing). Unfortunately the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim in it. This is the first time this has ever happened at a hotel. This hotel is very close to a homeless shelter so there are a lot of wandering homeless people in the area but the hotel did feel safe. There is no access into the lobby unless you have a key or get buzzed in. (First time I’ve seen this). Overall our room was clean and comfortable. We had a spacious bathroom but wish it would have had a vent. We did have a mini fridge but no microwave. The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast. Lots of yummy options and as someone who is gluten free I was pleased to find a gluten free muffin! The staff we interacted with were all very nice. Honestly the only reasons for 4 stars were due to the super cold pool and sketchy location. "

"I have some pictures to include… I don’t know about the airport shuttle I didn’t use it… I should’ve taken a picture of the eggs… It’s your standard been a pre-cut fried eggs sausage potatoes… Cereal offered… Mini muffins. My room was the issue. Two table lamps did not provide enough light for half of the room to even see what’s in your suitcase. There was a telephone, but no cord connecting it to an outlet. No way to call the front desk if you needed to… The tub was stained with rust, large hole in the screen on the window, need of some patchwork and repairs all throughout the room. I saw the Housekeeper after first night & told her I didn’t need her that day. … I did asked her for another washcloth. I never received the washcloth & she never showed up again."
