"The property is in the old industrial area. It is quite isolated from downtown. The area around the loft building and the common areas are old, rundown and somewht dirty. The building has a leaky roof. My bathroom kept on getting buckrtfuls of water from thr ceiling. The appartment itself is large although most lights appear to be burned out"

"This was a horrible experience for my wife and friends. Neighbourhood is very scary!! Stairs to go up were not that save. Siding in building were falling off. Grass wasn’t cut, garbage dump trailer behind building, sheets on the front window. I would not recommend this house"

"The place was really charming and just right for our stay. The property management Co and host made the check-in process very easy and convenient. The neighborhood was rich is history and the home itself is part of its story. The beautiful Italian style Catholic school really made everything so beautiful and it was fascinating learning how the rental property once belonged to the sisters of the parish. Cons: the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and the window did not appear operational. We...

"We had a quick one night stay for a concert. Great service and experience. Everyone was very friendly. The only complaint all 3 of us had, were the pillows were way too fluffy and uncomfortable. We all woke up with horrible head/neckaches. "

"Hotel Indigo Detroit – A Great Stay in the Heart of the City I had an excellent experience at Hotel Indigo Detroit. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the location and quality of service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the receptionist to the bar hostess, everyone went out of their way to make sure guests felt at home. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The hotel is also in a prime location—just a short walk to the riverfront and close to many great restaurants and attractions. I fully recommend Hotel Indigo Detroit for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great mix of comfort, value, and exceptional service."
