Es hat uns Spaß gemacht!

Sehr kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter, die übrigens sehr gut deutsch sprechen können. Äußerlich wirkt das Hotel nicht besonders aufregend, aber es hat wirklich viel zu bieten. Innen sehr gepflegt und das Personal gibt sich viel Mühe. Pool etwas klein aber ausreichend. Ein Whirlpool vorhanden. Saunen reichen vollkommen aus für die Größe des Hotels. Insgesamt sehr preisgünstig und top Service, Abendessen sehr lecker!

Alles top bis auf die Koordination des Reinigungspersonals. Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer nicht fertig und am Tag der Abreise wurden wir halb 9 von der Putzfrau geweckt und gefragt, wie lange wir noch im Zimmer bleiben würden. Das macht man nicht! Aber wie gesag, ansonsten alles top. Und über das andere haben wir hinweggesehen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Zimmer, ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten (2 EUR pro Tag), sehr schöner Saunabereich, schönes Schwimmbad, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Idealer Standort auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das Hotel bemüht sich für seine meist älteren Gäste ein abwechslungsreiches Programm zu bieten.

Ich habe nur eine Nacht im Hotel übernachtet und keine Hoteleinrichtungen genutzt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, ordentlich, groß und mit sehr schönem Bad. Das Frühstück war großartig - sehr vielseitig und sehr schmackhaft! Beim Einchecken musste ich warten, die Rezeption war gegen Abend längere Zeit nicht besetzt.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Modernes, schönes und sauberes Hotel mit nettem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt von der Innenstadt von Franzensbad. Wir waren nur für einen Nacht hier und konnten viele Angebote gar nicht nutzen (z.B. Hallenbad, Freibad), würden aber wieder jederzeit hier übernachten. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut, Parken über Nacht kostet 2 Euro, Parkplätze genügend vorhanden.

Für eine Nacht gebucht. Ich habe nur ein Zimmer gebraucht, das Welness Angebot oder schwimmen hat mich nicht interessiert. Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer sauber und W-Lan hat gut funktioniert. Parkplatz kostet 2 Euro pro Tag.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und gut zubereitet. Das sehr schöne und sehenswerte Zentrum Von Franzensbad erreicht man fussläufig nach 10 Minuten. Der Innenpool ist super.

3 Einzelzimmer, bei Frankfurt/Main

Super Hotel, leider aussserhalb der Stadt

Wir hatten dort zu ersten Mal 3 Einzelzimmer gebucht. Liegt sehr schön, aber ausserhalb von Franzensbad in der Natur. Die Anmeldung hat bei den 3 Zímmern lange gedauert, vermutlich wegen der extremen Tschechischen Bürokratie. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Reinigung meines Zimmers haben wir beobachtet, sie dauerte sehr lange und wir wurden schon unruhig, da wir wir unser Gepäck abstellen wollten um danach weiter in die Stadt zu fahren. Dann wurde klar warum es so lange gedauert hatte: Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber. Wollte das garnicht glauben und habe dann mal meine Sonderkontrolle für sehr saubere Zimmer gemacht (Bei ohnehin dreckigen Zimmern braucht man das garnicht zu versuchen, da kommt dann nur Ekel hoch). Aber hier war ich platt, sogar der Waschbecken-Ausfluß und der Ablauf der Dusche war blitzsauber, keinerlei Schmutz war zu sehen. So etwas habe ich bisher sehr selten erlebt. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass der Zugang zur Dusche ebenerdig war, das haben alle Mitreisenden so empfunden. Selbst der Duschkopf war voll ok. Schade war, dass es nur ein Briefchen mit ein paar Tropfen Duschgel gab: passt nicht zum Rest - Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt. Ein Mitreisender beklagte, dass es keinen Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern gibt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Das Abendessen (wir konnten das Menue nachbuchen) war ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir das Hotel wieder einmal preiswert buchen können, dann gehen wir bestimmt wieder hin. Die Qualität gleicht die Lage teilw. aus.
