「We experienced a medical issue and had to end our trip early. We attempted multiple times to cancel our reservation, but every call to the hotel was extremely difficult. The staff members we reached could barely communicate in English, and several times they simply hung up on us. On one call, we were told “the manager is not here.” On another, we were told we had to “go online to cancel,” which was not possible for our situation. 「Newly remodeled, still ongoing renovation. Continental breakfast is served . Staff were very nice. The sheets were a little old and carpet still outdated but I m sure they will work on it. It’s right beside the river and our room has balcony which is pretty awesome. The only thing is I booked a king size bed. It is available in Expedia but when we get tot he hotel , it is fully booked and ended up with 2 queen size bed and no refund of some sort. All in all the stay was great」

「The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy check in and out. Nice updated clean room. It was quiet, so no trouble sleeping. Temperature was adjustable which was great! I love a cold room for sleeping. We would stay here again!」
