"McDonald’s and Dunkin right across parking lot waiting walking distance. We loved the location o relation to Upstate Bar and Grill and Boca. Both very good bar/restaurants. The Spaghetti all Vongole was excellent and so was my wife’s Chicken Parm. Hotel room bathroom is great water pressure is spot on. Overall very clean and in good working order. We would both recommend this hotel"

"Continental breakfast was good and very ideal due to other options in the area being limited and or closed multiple days a week in off season. Clean and quiet."

"The staff was really helpful and nice. The free breakfast has a ton of options and made it easy to start the day. Location was less than 10 minutes to the HOF which was awesome. Indoor pool was key for a trip upstate in April - kids loved it. Overall a stress-free, hospitable stay and again, great staff."

"Can’t comment on breakfast- did not partake. In general the room was clean but found a q-tip and wad of hair on floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but housekeepers were very noisy. Parking area safe and well lit. "

"I was very pleased with my stay at Fred's Inn. Our room was clean, quite, and cozy. There was plenty of parking. The food was delicious. The staff at the bar / restaurant were friendly and helpful (we checked in and out with the bartender). This place is truly a hidden gem. "
