"Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

"Arrived to the apartment and it was dirty due to pet hair, had no bedding on the mattress, and no towels. The TV remote was missing and no Fob to enter building, pool, and gym. Reported the conditions and took a whole day just to get me fresh bedding, the fob, and shower towels with no face towels.
