Villa Kennedy

Lovely hotel with great service, especially the front desk staff and the servers at breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with great design, and our dinner in the bar and breakfast were delicious. We have loved every Rocco Forte hotel at which we have stayed.

Staff was not really helpful when we ran into problems with a parcel that was suppose to be delivered to us. Laundry bag was not picked up from our room and we had to specifically tell them to. Manage to get late checkout till 1.30pm

Beautiful and well-appointed hotel

Covid times - there was an immediate check of our vaccine cards at check-in. This beautiful and well-appointed hotel was situated perfectly for an unintentionally extended stay. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. The hotel seems to be perfect for corporate functions, as there was a corporate meeting happening at the time we were there. Breakfast was good! $$$

Super clean hotel

The room was spacious and extra clean. Breakfast was nice and the chief of staff gave a very personal welcoming. Reception were very helpful, they put a photo of them without mask to show how they looked like before COVID-19 which was a reality bite

This is a great hotel that has really nice facilities. Lovely quiet inner terrace with bar/restaurant. There is also a really nice pool/sauna area. I would definitely stay again.

Ett fint hotell i en imponerande byggnad med historiska vingslag. Vi anlände till hotellet vid 21:50 på grund av försenat flyg så vi missade middagsbokningen vi hade på en restaurang utanför hotellet. Hotellets egna restaurang var stängd för kvällen och jag förstår självklart att det råder vissa begränsningar under pandemin. Att ett femstjärnigt hotell inte kan erbjuda någon form av roomservice eller barmeny på kvällen är däremot under all kritik. Vi fick beställa take-away och äta ur folieformar nere på gården istället. Servicen var dock bra i övrigt och vistelsen till belåtenhet.

Grundsätzlich immer eine gute Wahl

Wie immer eine gute Entscheidung für unseren Aufenthalt in Frankfurt. Lediglich im Restaurant ließ die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellner etwas zu wünschen übrig. Letztlich kümmerte sich eine Servicekraft gut um uns, die eigentlich keine Bestellungen aufnehmen durfte, es zum Glück aber dennoch tat. Vielen Dank an den jungen Herrn!

A true gem.

The Villa Kennedy is our favorite hotel in Germany. It is such a beautiful property and the staff is very helpful and accommodating. They are so welcoming to children and put a special effort into making your stay perfect.

Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön, Saunabereich unterirdisch. Frühstück war lecker, jedoch Polstermöbel abgenutzt und zerschlissen. So was erwartet man nicht in einem 5 Sterne Haus. Personal im großen und ganzen sehr zuvorkommen.

Geschmackvolles Komforthotel in historischer Villa

Elegant und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in imposanter Villa mit Anbau. Sehr minimalistischer Pool mit Spa Bereich, der für uns der Hauptgrund zur Übernachtung ist. Leider inzwischen überlaufen von externen Tagesgästen mit teils tobenden Kindern. Die Zimmer und auch die JFK sowie das gesamte Ambiente im Hotel sind so schön wie immer. Auch wenn uns die neue Fotoserie im allen öffentlichen Bereichen nicht zusagt, da diese Fotodokumentation unkommentiert eher in ein Museum gehört. Vermisst haben wir bei unseren letzten beiden Aufenthalten Süßes und Obst zur Begrüßung im Zimmer. Der Service ist weiterhin sehr aufmerksam und auch ansonsten ist das Hotel unbedingt empfehlenswert.
