"This hotel is seriously underrated. In my opinion, it deserves every bit of its five-star reputation, particularly because of the exceptional hospitality from the staff. What stood out most was the warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff genuinely take the time to personalise your stay, making you feel less like a guest and more like someone they are welcoming into their home. I would honestly say that this hotel gave me my first truly warm welcome to Germany. Through the kindness and hospitality of the people here, I got to experience a side of Germany that I will always remember. I had a beautiful river view from my room, which made the stay even more special. The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming and has an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of my stay. There was a great selection, and everything was enjoyable. The restaurant was another pleasant surprise — the portions were generous, and the food was absolutely delicious. Another major plus is the hotel shuttle service, which makes getting around much more convenient and adds real value to your stay. After experiencing this hotel, I came away feeling that Germany is a place people should genuinely visit, and this hotel embodied the warmth and hospitality I associate with the country. The staff are truly amazing people, and their kindness made a lasting impression on me. If you’re looking for a hotel where you will feel welcomed, I highly recommend"
