Excellent stay. Very centrally located though parking is a challenge unless u r prepared to pay 1.5euro an hour in underground parking.

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht vom Limehome Darmstadt: Die Anreise mit Auto war supereinfach und der Fahrstuhl der angrenzenden Tiefgarage führt direkt ins Limehome. Selbst unser S-Zimmer war mehr als geräumig und richtig schön eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und modern. Besonders schön: Elektrische Jalousien, Mikrowelle (wird leider im Inventar nicht aufgeführt, ist aber tatsächlich vorhanden!) und absolute Stille in der Nacht! Das Limehome Darmstadt war eine der günstigsten und dennoch besten Unterkünfte, in denen wir je übernachtet haben. Ab sofort werden wir bei unseren Reisen erstmal gucken, ob's da auch was von Limehome gibt :-)

Cleanliness could be better but great location.
Had trouble using a code for the room but thankfully was able to fix this quickly via whatsapp. There were stains on a chair and the toilet wasnt clean 😒. Also looked like there were pee stains on the walls in the corridor. Great location though.

More information needed!
The apartment was as promised. Nice and clean. BUT the check-in procedure was below all standards and so was the information. Guest needs a lot more information about how to get to the hotel, where to park (in the parking garage under the hotel, convenient but expensive). That it is totally digital check in and access to apartment is not possible without digital codes. Also they had in some way lost the information about the age of my girls, they are 10 and 12 but there were two baby cots prepared for them. Meant that we had to sleep three persons in the same bed.

Nightmare check-in
This is one of those hotel initiatives to make money without investing in human capital. No on-site assistance. First, the hotel was difficult to find, buried in a mall. Check-in was a nightmare. It took 2 HOURS to get into my room. Apparently I was supposed to receive check-in instructions & a code. No special instructions were emailed to me. As I am a short term visitor in Germany I have no WiFi on my phone. I had to impinge on the generosity of the restaurant owner in the mall who helped me with calling and invested a good hour or more of his time helping. He says it happens all too frequently. I had to email my passport and vaccine information to them. They sent me some numbers without explanation that failed to open the hallway door. They likewise failed to send me the apartment number. At least 6 calls were made to them to unravel this mess. Most calls with long hold times. Several calls resulted in door codes that didn’t work. Every step was piecemeal. Failure to provide information or giving incorrect information. I could not have managed this without the restaurant owner’s help. I'd have had to find another hotel and forfeited the 2 nights of prepaid rent. The hotel puts a lot of effort into self promotion in the room, trying to appeal to the 20 somethings how hip and comfy the hotel is. I can’t vouch for cleanliness. Somebody had peed in the toilet and didn’t flush. Smelled like it happened at least several days before. Bed uncomfortable. Good location for meals.

Finger weg: Nicht zuverlässig. Zimmer ok
War zwei mal dort, beide male musste ich den Support kontaktieren um überhaupt in mein Zimmer zu kommen - teilweise mit erheblichen Wartezeiten und ohne dass ich irgendetwas hätte tun können. Der Support antwortet dann auch eher schnippisch. Als das WLAN dann auch nicht funktionierte, hab ich es garnicht mehr probiert...

Sehr schöne Apartments - Eingang schwer zu finden
Das Apartment war richtig süß und auch sauber. Ich war beim falschen Eingang was ziemlich verwirrend war da man hier nicht zu den Apartments durchkommt. Richtiger Eingang ist bei der L'osteria vorbei und links rein. Ich habe auch keinen Code zum Check-in über hotels.com erhalten, nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit der supportline habe ich aber alles zum check-in erhalten. Extrem freundlicher Kundenservice und die Dame war sehr geduldig mit mir als ich mitteilte dass ich beim falschen Eingang nicht rein komme und hat mich zum richten navigiert.

Gutes Apartment mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht
Ich finde das Zimmer wirklich nett eingerichtet und alles ist in der Küche vorhanden was man braucht sowie, bett Fernseher, Lichter, Fenster Bad. Jedoch finde ich die Sauberkeit schrecklich. dafür gibt es null Sterne, die Küchen untensilien musste ich erst putzen bevor ich sie benutzen konnte, sowie das Handtuch für nach dem duschen war total dreckig ebenfalls die Toilette und die Zahnpasta Behälter waren dreckig, die ganzen Tassen Besteck Teller alles mögliche war nicht sauber, eine Bürste ist sehr unhygienisch wenn jeder sie benutzt, ein Schwamm denn man für jeden Gast erneuert wäre sehr gut gewesen. Komisch war auch das der topper vom Bett zu groß war als das Bett selbst. Das Zimmer ist gut, nur mehr Sauberkeit bei essen und Pflege würde ich mir mehr wünschen. Der preis für dieses apartment ist sehr gut. Das Konzept ist super.

Limehome Top-Hotels.com Kommunikation Flop
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut - der Check in Katastrophe. Die erste Nacht standen wir auf der Straße, da wir nicht einchecken konnten. Die Kommunikation zwischen Hotels.com und Limehome hat nicht funktioniert und wir haben keinen Code für das Apartment bekommen. Nach 22 Uhr ist kein Mensch erreichbar. Weder bei Hotels.com noch bei Limehome. Es gibt keinen Hausmeister, keine Notfallnummer .... nichts ...
