实况与图片不符 床距离墙空间太狭窄，很差的酒店， 我们房子旁边尽然是配电室，服务员态度不好，表情跟僵尸一样

Bad experience
Too many drinkers and drug addicts in the street even at the daytime, really terrible. I will never come back again. Feeling very bad. Yes, it is close to train station, but not worth to stay, specially solo traveler.

房間很小, 29吋行李箱打開後就沒有位置走路, 房間內的吹風機壞掉, 但燈光調整和充電插座很方便, 整間旅館布置得很美, 附近的街道好像有許多酒吧或脫衣俱樂部, 晚間九點回走回旅館時路上也有遊民聚集, 感覺較不太安全

Good location. Tiny room with tiny bathroom, but basically you can find everything you need. Average staff. The area was complicated.

Very disspointed place I have lived. The room was very small but the price was not valued. Also. The room stated the check out time is 12pm, However, my room's light and eleclitieve all was switch off when 10am. I'm not recommend for living here as the street where nearby the hotel has many brothel and complicated race people are here.

接待員超好，旅館近車站
原本只是預訂單人房，旅館業者免費幫我升級成雙人房，非常的貼心。旅館位置鄰近火車總站，以步行方式即可到達羅馬廣場與美茵河，非常適合旅行者

Grand Hotel was a strange stay. The hotel itself was quite nice, and our room was quaint, clean, and well lit. The bed was not very comfortable and the comforter did not cover both of our bodies (there is a spare in the closet, though). The staff were kind and helped us in storing our luggage for the day. However, the location around the hotel is pretty sketchy. On our way into the hotel, I was catcalled multiple times and witnessed many scenes of drug use. The street that this hotel is on is infamous for red light district and drugs. The addicts will keep to themselves, but the fact is that the street is so uncomfortable. A shame for this nicer hotel to be in such a bad area.
