The thermostat was set at 27 degrees and could not be controlled. The staff at check in were very apologetic, very nice but the room felt like an oven.

The lady at check-in was very nice and provided a flawless check-in experience. We forgot our tooth paste and she was able to help out with that. Parking garage is very convenient at a reasonable price. - Worst check-out experience. the cleaning lady came into the room three or four times. We mentioned it st check-out and the gentleman at reception got extremely rude and condescending lecturing me „how this works in hotels“. He also failed to give us a drive-out coin for the garage and then refused to open the garage at first when we called up just hanging up. We’ll never be back. Would have given a better grade, but after this encounter, can only give a bad review Room was tiny and the carpet had stains and felt very aged and dirty. As a sidenote, the design is questionable but we saw that on pics beforehand so cant complain now.

Es ear sehr ruhig und das Zimmer sauber. Beim Frühstück könnte es mehr Abwechslung und bessere Qualität geben. Alles in allem geht das aber in Ordnung, das es auch recht günstig vom Preis her war. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nicht so toll. Da hing eine leere Klopapierrolle d.h. es wurde vor uns nicht ausgetauscht. Und sowas ist für uns wichtig. Man möchte mit gutem Gewissen das Bad nutzen. Auch allgemein war das Bad nicht wirklich sauber, sondern fleckig und staubig. Auch an der Wand war ein ekliger kleiner Fleck

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist schrecklich! Das Bett war zwar sauber aber das Bad und der Fernseher ekelhaft. Für den Preis darf man zwar nicht meckern dennoch darf man erwarten, dass ein Bad vor allem die Toilette!! sauberer ist als die einer Öffentliche. Wir persönlich haben nichts von den Zimmernachbarn oder ähnliches.

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, ruhiges angenehmes Zimmer ansonsten und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten Probleme einzuchecken, ich konnte aber nach dem Aufenthalt das gut klären und man kam mir entgegen, dies war sehr schnell und reibungslos, gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Unterkunft war in der Tat gut unter der Bezeichnung 《barrierefrei》aber der Gang und die Türen im Zimmer waren etwas zu klein für meinen Rollator und sicher gar nicht akzeptabel für einen Rollstuhl.

Die Zimmer haben eine ausreichende Größe für 2 Personen. Das Fenster könnte besser abgedunkelt werden, es war sehr hell im Zimmer. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Wasser. Dort kann man super spazieren. Eine tolle Sicht auf Frankfurt bietet sich da ebenfalls.
