「This place was AMAZING!!」

「We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I...

「The Room was very clean, Made us feel at home. Had just about everything we needed but anything we didn’t have we were able to get with a quick trip to Walmart. It is on an intersection so it can be a little noisy at nights or in the early morning with cars driving by but my fiance really enjoyed his birthday stay here!」

「Perfect spot in the heart of Old Town! Very detailed instructions and the location was perfect. The only warning for future guests is plan your parking accordingly... unfortunately the parking garages in the area were closed for Labor day, so it made overnight parking a little difficult (just as it would be in any city, but I hadn't really considered it).」

「The room was great. It was clean and met our needs. However, the traffic outside was so loud and there were only cheap blinds on the windows. So light shown in the room all night. I slept with ear plugs and an eye mask on. Also, it is campus housing for several colleges. On the weekend, there was a lot of noise and the floor smelled of weed. However, everything was clean and well furnished and it was close to a metro.」

「Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.」
