「I went to look for signs of Luca Pacioli and chose this hotel which is very close to where he ws born and lived as a child potentially next door. We had a top room which was lovely. Not much of a city view but v quiet and large and well laid out. Very comfy bed and was a great experience.」

「Arredamenti e location bello e affascinante, il borgo in pietra fa il suo effetto, mi è sembrato però che la gestione è ancora ancorata a vecchie logiche, un esempio è stata la mancanza del disinfettante e la giustificazione "la titolare lo deve andare a comprare" (non hanno un ufficio acquisiti?!) o anche le grucce negli armadi che sembrano "recuperate dai negozi". La camera era un pò bassina e quindi fruibile per un terzo dei mq dichiarati. Non abbiamo usufuito della SPA, dalle foto ci siamo...

After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The exterior and interior have been tastefully renovated to the highest standard and our room was perfect. Yet the main contribution to our stay was the warmth and oustanding service that we received from the whole service team. We loved this hotel; we have travelled all around Europe and feel this is the best we have stayed in.」
