「Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . 」

「The staff were really nice and welcoming on arrival and helpful.However there was a lot noise from the kitchen and people talking loudly really early around 5 in the morning. which disturbed us.Overall this is a beautiful place n it was clean,with excellent wifi connection.」

「Could not get into the accommodation. Bell at the gate not functional. Posted contact number on the confirmation slip not accessible. Tried hundred times on different occasions on the 4th May and on the 5th May and gave up. Had to look for alternative accommodation on the 4th. Processing to recover my money through relevant authorities.」
