"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "

Ă lâarrivĂ©e la premiĂšre chambre avait la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas. On mâa proposĂ© une autre chambre immĂ©diatement, mais celle-ci Ă©tait deux fois plus petite, sans table de chevet et avec des finitions clairement insuffisantes.
ProblĂšme de nuisance sonore : un voisin mettait sa TV Ă fond, la chambre nâest pas...
