「Das Hotel bewertet sich selbst als 5-Sterne-Hotel, entspricht aber überhaupt nicht diesem Standard. Weder vom Service, noch vom Angebot an Lesitungen und Anmehmlichkeiten, noch von der Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Zimmer. Dies war sehr enttäuschend für uns und hat unseren Urlaub nachteilig beeinflusst.」

「We arrived on Saturday @ 4pm. There is no one at the building to help you get in. I was told that I was sent all the info in advance but I don’t remember getting it. And if I do it was in French and I only soak a little French so when we arrived we did not have a door code, key for our room, know where to park etc. Finally I was able to text and get the info I needed. I was told I could pay when we left on Monday morning as there would be someone in Reception. There is no reception. I knocked on...

「Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Es war ruhig und erholsam, perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Grill hat – ideal für gemütliche Abende. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend und hat alles geboten, was man für den Alltag braucht. Außerdem gibt es genügend Parkplätze direkt vor Ort, was die Anreise mit dem Auto sehr unkompliziert...

「The room was nice and a good size and the amenities were fine; the balcony was good and the view was amazing. The sink and toilet basin taps didn't work too well. The swimming pool was very nice but in the shade in the afternoon/evening. The parking was an absolute nightmare and not well managed by the staff.」
