They staff couldn’t do enough to help and were friendly and kind. Even opened up the breakfast buffet 15 minutes early so we could have food before taking our onward bus journey.

Fiquei no hotel três diárias e não foi feita limpeza nem troca cama nem toalhas enfim não tem serviço de quarto o lixo não foi retirada do dia que entrei até hora que sai. Não tenho que reclamar do café da manhã foi a contento e os funcionários também achei bem receptivos e atenciosos. Mas limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar.

Hotel para visitas rápidas

Ponto excelente: atendimento, a recepcionista foi super receptiva conosco e sempre muito prestativa; Pontos altos: quarto limpo, piscina, pressão do chuveiro muito boa, ar condicionado, café da manhã muito gostoso (muito simples, mas tudo bom); Ponto de melhoria: o quarto em que fiquei não tinha espelho grande no banheiro e a iluminação não era tão boa, na piscina poderiam colocar guarda-sol, assim os hospedes conseguiriam aproveitar ela por mais horas do dia sem ganhar um câncer de pele.

Nunca mais volto

Estabelecimento mal conservado, teto do banheiro caindo, janela e porta quebradas. Roupas de cama manchadas e rasgadas. Sem mesa ou prateleira e sem cadeira no quarto. Faltou água uma noite toda e o dia inteiro e não fizeram nada pra amenizar o desconforto dos hóspedes. Tivemos que cancelar a reserva e sair antes da data contratada.

Minha estadia foi pessima,nunca fiquei em um hotel de tao pessima qualidade,se e q se pode chamar de hotel..nao recomendo Chuveiro caia toda hora a energia,pia do banheiro entupida e cifao vazando,cheiro de mofo ,toalhas encardidas,um rolo de papel higienico no quarto pra 3 pessoas durante 4 dias,de verdade eles precisam de muita melhoria pra receber as pessoas ,principalmente por ser uma codade turística e pelo valor q cobram

Ficamos 2 noites, prédio antigo, quarto que ficamos com vários detalhes, falta de suporte para toalhas, suporte p/ papel higienico no banheiro, suporte para shampoo no box e saboneteira solta. Tive problemas com a lampada do quarto que quando apagada, ficava semi acesa pulsando, me incomodou. Toalhas de microfibra bem surradas assim como os cobertores também de microfibra. Lencóis também deixam a desejar. Café da manhã apesar de boa variedades com frutas, frios, algins bolos e doces, não gostei da forma como eram colocados funcionarios

A atendente Cibelle nós recebeu muito bem. No último dia a noite perdemos a chave do quarto. Ao relatar na recepção a atendente passou que no caso de perda de chave seria cobrado o valor de 100,00. Ok . Porém o hotel não tinha chave reserva do quarto sendo assim acionaram um chaveiro e tivemos que arcar com o custo. 160,00. O chaveiro que foi chamado por eles veio e pagamos diretamente para ele. No box do banheiro faltava moldura do vidro do box um perigo pois podia cair e cortar quem está tomando banho. A tv fica na lateral da cama e o frigobar congela tudo.

realmente en general esta bien la propiedad.... y la atención muy buena... 2 cosas malas....1 en la habitación no hay mesas de luz... ni de ninguna clase... no hay silla... no se puede colocar la valija más que en una especie de soporte... muy incómodo... 2 no tienen servicio de limpieza de cuarto los dominios... o sea nadie cambia mí arregla nada
