Só a localização e os funcionários são bons. Quarto ruim, cama ruim, travesseiros ruins, banheiro super estranho, parecia que era uma sauna e foi desativada, papel higiênico de qualidade ruim, nem abrimos o frigobar, mas ele estava fora da tomada. Café da manhã tbem ficou a desejar. Enfim... As fotos não corresponde ao anúncio, e como todos reservamos pela foto.

La estadía fue tranquila, pero el hotel está viejo, vimos una gran cantidad de basura acumulado en un espacio cerca de la pileta. Eso fue muy desagradable.

De positivo só o atendimento dos funcionários que foram educados e atenciosos durante a nossa estadia e a localização. Pontos negativos tenho vários apontamentos, primeiro quarto que nos colocaram a cama de solteiro não tinha a menor condição do meu filho dormir, as molas do colchão estavam aparentes e o banheiro parecia não ter sido limpo antes do nosso check-in, pois tinha restos de sabonete no box. Solicitei a troca de acomodação e fui atendida imediatamente, porém nos alocaram em um quarto que o box estava quebrado a água do banho tornava o banheiro uma piscina a cada banho, sem contar as condições do quarto, a maçaneta da porta saiu na minha mão, a porta estava se desfazendo e as janelas amarradas com arame. A limpeza deixou a desejar, as roupas de cama amareladas, a reposição dos produtos (tolhas, papel higiênico), foi necessário pedir algumas vezes na recepção e para finalizar o café da manhã é bem fraco, a reposição é lenta, esperamos muito pela reposição dos itens e tem poucas opções. O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma está em uma localização previlegiada próxima de vários atratativos, mas precisam investir em qualidade.

Simples e ok

Pontos positivos: simpatia e atenção de todos os funcionários. Bom tamanho dos quartos sem cheiro de mofo mesmo nas roupas de cama em tempo frio e chuva. Internet é boa. Limpeza dos quartos é Ok. Negativos: limpeza do banheiro é fraca. Papel higiênico é uma lixa.Tinha uma janela quebrada o nosso quarto e o frio entrava todo. Uma goteira em cima da cama. Café da manhã não oferece muita variedade e qualidade. O anúncio deu a entender que teria restaurante no hotel e só funciona pela manhã.

Buena ubicacion y buen desayuno, el jugo de sandia es espectacular. No me gusto que me cobren el agua caliente para el termo (los argentinos tomamos mucho mate) y las camas individuales son chicas. No hay acondicionador en el baño, hay que llevar

Chegando ao hotel duas horas após passar o horário do check-in o quarto ainda não estava pronto. O banheiro e o frigobar tinham locais com mofo e a TV só passava SBT. O WiFi não chegava no quarto. O Café da manhã foi muito bom. E a localização para os pontos turísticos é boa.

Esperava mais do Hotel, TV apenas um canal (globo) e pegava com má qualidade, café da manhã deveria ser iniciado as 6 horas e não a partir das 7:30 horas, outro ponto era a reposição de alimentos que tinha que ficar avisando na recepção que os ítens tinham se acabado. Achei que deveria ser descrito como abaixo de duas estrelas.
