"The owners were a lot of fun to talk to! They were very friendly, and it was easy to relax with them at their bed and breakfast. (the cats were a bonus!) They also had some good suggestions for local places to eat. The room was large and clean, the area was quiet, and it wasn't too long of a walk to the seaside. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean room and very quiet hotel located right near the Qixingtan cluster of lodging. Three minute walk to the beach and Fish Bar! No breakfast but Family Mart downstairs makes snacks and light meals super easy. Lounge room has water dispenser to refill your canteen. Room patio is tiled and has faucet and drain for rinsing off any beach gear. Nice hot shower with great water pressure, and huge comfortable bed and strong AC! (Note that this lodging cluster at Qixingtan is right next to the air force base, so fighter jet deployments can be a loud surprise but you get a free air show? Also, this portion of Qixingtan is all cobble and pebble beaches, not the kind of sandy beach that's easy to put a towel down on. But, especially great for finding beautiful rocks and driftwood, and watching the moonrise.)"
