I didn't care about the breakfast as I left before the 6 AM opening for breakfast . I was LIVID that the spa didn't work !!!!!!!!!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nephi by IHG
The hotel was clean ant the staff were friendly. The breakfast had lots of options from typical hot breakfast to pancake machine, warm cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, oatmeal and yogurts. The coffee was excellent. Great water pressure for showers. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable.

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Ephraim
Just a F.Y.I. there is a $250 hold on your card when you check in. Other than that clean, comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay again.
