"I really cannot compliment this hotel enough, every part of our stay was excellent. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The level of care at breakfast and in the restaurant was beyond expectations. Rooms clean, modern, well appointed. Views amazing. "This is a 2 star hotel at best, but not bad value if you're not expecting more, and suberbly convenient for trains into Rome. Local suburban area has plenty of amenities, and a couple of good restaurants at normal rather than 'tourist' prices"

"I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The room was clean; however, it felt quite damp and there was a slight smell of mold. The bathroom also felt damp, with some signs of mold. That said, I understand that it is winter and, being a seaside location, there were few guests, which made the property feel rather quiet. I believe the experience may be very different during the summer season. Based on my stay at this time of year, my overall impression was below expectations"

We had 2 rooms booked - my room was covered in tjosands of ants in the bedroom and bathroom - it was unvlean and unhygienic- the reception changed my room and the sage did mot work - there was no welcome bottle of wine as previous years - as we were only booked 1 night we did no"

"B &B was beautiful. Lobby and dining areas very nice. Narrow road from main artery 1/2 mile long to B& B was very narrow and winding, and turn off from that road to hotel driveway was not well marked. Breakfast was somewhat modest, but good quality. Hostess and staff were very helpful."

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."

"The Hotel is good. The area is not very nice, few places to visit by foot. Needs mantenance and the breakfast could be better. Personel very kindly."
