Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. 「The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. 「Tuscany was a dream come true! Podere Spedalone was magnificent. The staff was welcoming and very attentive always with a smile and accomodating. I loved that several ofvtheir staff spoke Spanish. We had the most fabulous dinner there with other guests. The food was delicious. They paid attention to every detail. We would definitely go back. We highly recommend it. It was very close to Pienza 12 min drive and Montepulciano. LOVED IT!!!」
