新落成的公寓酒店

7月剛落成的公寓酒店，很乾淨，接待員熱心服務。每間房都有wifi使用，有煮食爐，洗衣機。 酒店旁有大型商場。只是附近有工地比較多塵埃。

Cobran más de lo que es la recervacion.

En este hotel todo fue un complique , para llegar s la dirección no fue fácil por no tener los datos en chino. Me cobraron adicional al precio ya pagado en la reservación . Y decidieron decir que no sabían por qué la página cobraban esa tarifa . Por poco y me quedo sin lugar donde alojarme.

Ok for the price.

This hotel is in Lucky City Plaza a huge shopping complex, has Starbucks, McDonalds, PizzaHut you name it). Tower C is sort of behind the main area. The area around Tower C is poorly lit and dirty. Room service was great. They kept the place tidy. The rooms are very small, hardly enough place to move around. They have a washing machine in the balcony so laundry was not a problem for me. The front desk folks were very helpful, language was a huge barrier but generally they carry a smart phone around and use it as a translator. Yet communication was very difficult. Elevator is a major flaw in the hotel. (If you ever wonder why Microsoft asks interview questions like "How do you design a elevator?" you will know why after using this elevator. People also smoke in the elevator (a common occurrence anywhere in Guangzhou). The card keys failed multiple times, I had to go back to frontdesk multiple times (using the stupid elevator) from 26th floor. The hotel does not occupy all of Tower C, only a few floors, so dont get fooled by the photo.

this U hotel service very terrible in counter when check in staff tolk me i have to pay room charge itolk them i paid already when booking in internet and show them voucher they said can't understand english so other service will good very awesome

Furniture market is just abou 5 min drive from that place. Plus there is a big shopping mall on the ground floor where you can get food and everything you need. Nice rooms for reasonable price!
