「Siesta provided a convenient place for me and 5 colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the nearby Novotel HICC. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive and overall it provided good value. It’s by no means the swankiest hotel in hitech but it does the job! 」
「Receiving at counter is very rude and rough. Receptionist thrown the room keys to go to room. He is not polite. Not provided room boy to show the room and carry the luggage. We have made advance booking but room is not ready and told us to wait. Not provided even water also. Worst staff behaviour. Not talking in local language. Overall worst experience we had. We will not select again and not recommend anybody.」
「Property refused to give room even after paid amount through online.. management said there is no bank linked to payments through expedia.. such a service from expedia never expected , please make sure no other customer loosing money like this again 」
