Nice beach property

A bit far from center of Fortaleza but nice beach, nice beachfront restaurant, great breakfast buffet, and large pool with activities available.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic staff!! We had originally booking our stay in Fortaleza at the Sierra did not like the service nor the facilities. The Vila Galé was fantastic and would recommend all to book a stay there.

Amazing Location at praia futuro! Perfect Location at the Beach - a bit abondaned area at night- during the day you have the Beach and it was a good experience ..! The staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel it self nice - a Renovation would be nice .

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was nice. The restaurant on the beach was nice. Sadly I was very disappointed with the restaurant in the hotel. We had to wait a long time for the food and it was not as good.

The property staff didn’t speak any English and didn’t try to make any effort and even during check in I had a trouble because I arrived early and they refused to let me use the pool for two hours instead of waiting in the lobby. I send a msg to the management but haven’t heard anything back until now.

The public areas are very nice, but the rooms are very old and in disrepair. All of the windows were broken in our room, the air conditioner was rusted, and the control unit was falling off the wall, the sliding door to the patio could not be locked, and it was this way in all of the rooms at the hotel. it took us an hour and a half to check in because we had to wait in line and switch rooms two times. We were told by the maintenance guy that all of the sliding doors did not lock on the patios, but it was a safe area. Upon checking out, they charged us a 10% service fee, when I asked them what it was for they said to cover the cost that they had to pay Expedia! They did not have an iron so we could not iron our clothes. The steamer they had was not available for three days so we went out and wrinkled clothes to have dinner. everything closes early around the hotel which has very limited options in the area. The main beach by downtown is much much better. It is the only hotel in the area and there are several abandoned lots around the property. Lots of glass and broken debris from torn down buildings along the beaches. Be careful walking in the sand, lots of glass bottle caps, and broken pieces of tile. Service in the restaurant is terrible. The managers in the white shirts did absolutely nothing except play on their phones and talk to each other while we were walking around looking for silverware. The lights in the hotel are turned off at night.

o hotel é antigo, mas com uma boa manutenção, não será problema. jantamos uma noite na pizzaria e o cheiro forte de mofo, incomodou bastante. passei a mão embaixo da mesa e tinha bastante pó. gente! manutenção nesse local tão maravilhoso. comida do restaurante top!! só falta limpeza e manutenção. banheiro do restaurante não tinha nem papel higiênico

Escolhi o hotel por causa do espaço kids para meu filho curtir o dia das crianças, porém, em pleno dia das crianças, o playground estava em manutenção, restando apenas a piscina, foi decepcionante. Também acho que o bar da piscina pode melhorar com o incremento de petiscos e área de consumação que não havia uma mesa se quer na área da piscina. O quarto era bom, cama confortável, chuveiro forte, central de ar gelando, tv com muitos canais, nesse quesito foi top. Café da manhã pouco variado, fiquei duas diárias e em ambas foram as mesmas opções, sem contar que não tinha opções de bolos que são comuns nos buffets, no geral, só o básico, pães, queijos, presuntos, ovos, tapioca..da pra melhorar pro padrão do grupo Vila Galé.

Hotel em obra. Barulho de picareta de 10 as 18 hs.

Estadia deplorável. Enquanto faziamos check in começamos a ouvir um barulho de picareta. Ao indagar ao atendente ele disse q o hotel estava em obras e q isso era avisado para as plataformas de reserva. Não foi avisado para gente. Qdo questionei o horario ele disse que seria de seg a sexta de 10:30 as 17:30 e final de semana não tinha obra. Isso era sexta. O barulho é insuportavel e ensurdecedor. Meu quarto era em cima da laje q estavam quebrando. Impossível ficar no quarto. A piscina cheia de tapumes. No sábado, diferentemente do informado, começaram o barulho da picareta as 9 hs da manhã. Tive q ligar p reclamar várias vezes até pararem. Cobraram uma taxa de 180 reais na entrada (disseram q eram taxas locais) e queriam cobrar mais 180 na saida. Depois de reclamar não cobraram a da saída. Na reserva dizia q não tinham taxas adicionais. Café da manhã bem médio. No sábado a moça que fazia tapioca e cuzcuz era ótima. A de domingo e segundo era péssima, mau humorada, deixava tapioca dura e pronta p montar, péssima qualidade. Considerando o custo beneficio existem opções muitooo melhores, ainda mais com o hotel em obras. Fuja totalmente se o objetivo for férias e descanso.

Chateada Obra Hotel

Fiquei hospedada 4 dias com meu marido e uma coisa que me deixou com raiva e chateação foi que, ao chegarmos o hotel estava com uma obra proximo a piscina, era impossivel ficar lá com um barulho de britadeira altíssimo. Chegamos em uma 5a feira e o único dia que pudemos aproveitar a piscina foi no domingo, pois até no sábado . Acho que o hotel tinha que ter comunicado aos hospedes antes, mas nada fez pra não perder. Agora quem vai pra curtir um descanso foi dinheiro jogado fora. Outra coisa, o colchão não tava bom, amanheci com a coluna doendo, o cafe da manhã bem fraco e olha que me hospedo lá há anos, mas desta vez o nivel caiu demais, acho que não voltarei mais.

Hotel razoável.

Hotel está precisando de uma reforma. Principalmente de camas e móveis. Colocar mais funcionários no atendimento na hr do café da manhã. Checkin foi demorado pois havia apenas um funcionário atendendo.
