É um bom Hotel 3 estrelas.

Hotel com bom custo benefício, principalmente para que for a Fortaleza a trabalho. Para quem esta a passeio e vai conhecer vários outros lugares, tem que estar com um carro alugado, ou se preparar para os gastos com o UBER. Pois o hotel é bastante isolado de tudo.

Péssimo

PÉSSIMA experiência. Estávamos se passagem em Fortaleza, reservamos somente uma noite para descansar. Ao chegar no hotel a impressão é de um lugar sinistro, "abandonado". Solicitei ao atendente da recepção para me auxiliar nas malas com o carrinho e ele me disse "Não posso, me deixaram sozinho aqui na recepção, se você quiser pode pegar o carrinho e levar suas malas ". Como só iria ficar uma noite não quis nem me estressar com isso mas o pior ainda estava por vir. Ao chegar no quarto um cheiro de mofo, liguei o ar condicionado quase morri de susto do barulho que fazia. Com alguns minutos no ambiente eu e meu filho começamos a espirrar, tive o curiosidade de verificar as condições do ar e para minha surpresa os filtros estavam entupidos de poeira e mofo. Tive que fazer uma limpeza no meio da noite para conseguir dormir. Cama mole desconfortável, paredes sujas, parecia um filme de terror. Quase não dormir, as 03:00 da manhã ainda acordado torcindo esperando o dia clarear para me livrar do sofrimento de ficar naquele ambiente. Conclusão, para ser justo o único ambiente que ainda está em condições de uso nesse hotel é a piscina que estava limpa, o café da manhã limitadíssimo. E para fechar com chave de ouro no check-out tinham três funcionários na recepção conversando, solicitei novamente ajuda dessa vez para descer as malas e pasmem; mandaram eu ir levar o carrinho e descer as malas por conta própria. Enfim, se você vai para passar muitos dias caiam fora, é silada.

Um grande hotel abandonado

o Hotel é muito grande, parece abandonado, chegamos e não tinha ninguém nem pra dar informação sobre almoço no restaurante que diz manter. Passamos o dia fora e saímos logo na manhã do outro dia, sem maiores problemas. Uma reforma geral e seria um ótimo local.

Para quem está de carro e busca menos agito aqui é o lugar. Eles estão aos poucos fazendo as manutenções. Mas todos muito simpáticos e o café da manhã oferece o mínimo, que para nós estava ótimo. Voltarei em breve.
