It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Hace stayed at this hotel befare but for the first time, this time was placed on the road side and it was really noisy due to the traffic. I guess next time I’ll have to ask for a marina side room. Lesson learned.

O ar condicionado não funciona e ao pedir ajuda ou para trocar de quarto, mandaram um técnico que avisou para pedir trocar de quarto pois estava normal, so que o ar é muito ruim mesmo. Ao pedir para trocarem o quarto, fui destratado e não fizeram nada além disso. O café da manhã é sem variedade, além disso prometem iniciar as 06, mas as 07 ainda não há ngm para preparar a parte de alimentos quentes (omelete e tapioca). Por fim, o hotel precisa de um cuidado geral pois está nitidamente velho e vivendo da forma que da. Houve ainda um evento ao lado do hotel que só foi avisado na hora do checkin, sendo forçado a assinar papéis dizendo que havia ciência do ocorrido e que aceitava assim mesmo a estadia. Oras, claro que aceitava, quem atravessa meio país e na hora do checkin vai voltar atrás e procurar um hotel em alta temporada? Horrivel, não recomendo!!!

Paguei por uma reserva em um quarto solteiro luxo, com vista pro mar. Quando recebo o meu acesso, chego no quarto e verifico que se trata de um single. Voltei na recepção e o gerente me informou que o Hoteis.com passou essa categoria, que é inferior. Pedi uma declaração sobre minha estadia, e o mesmo disse que eu teria que comprar uma água para expedir uma nota com a classe do quarto. No final das contas, não resolveu e fiquei no prejuízo. Outra coisa, a piscina estava suja, cheia de folhas e sujeira. Precisa melhorar.

Equipe do café bem prestativa e eficiete embora as opções do café nao tenha nada extraordinário diante de tantas opções da culinária cearense. Recepção não prestou informações necessárias no checkin como senha wi fi , horário do café e da piscina , ramal pra ligar pra recepção. Embora reserva feita pra casal o quarto eram duas camas de solteiro e colchão horrível. Toalhas gastas. Frigobar e ar-condicionado bem sucateados mas funcionando. Piscina suja de folhas e descartáveis o que demonstrou não ter manutenção durante o uso dos hóspedes.

Ótimo café da manhã, com uma boa variedade de alimentos, não tenho o que reclamar. Possui acessibilidade. Bonita vista para o mar. A piscina deveriam mantê-la um pouco mais limpa. O bar da piscina, não oferece boas opções de petiscos, os que tem são todos fritos. No geral o que mais pegou foi o ar condicionado do quarto, pois não gelava de forma alguma. Deveriam fazer a instalação de novos ar condicionados. No mais, é um ótimo hotel.
