Ibis hotel is very well located for business, near the event center, the airport and the shopping centers. It has taxi all the time and uber is easy. The room is small but enough. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is open until 10pm. The maintenance is a challenge that nedds attention. It was a great stay and I will be back.

O check-in foi um pouco demorado, considerendo que havia feito online ja para agilizar. Fiquei no quarto 1856. Estava limpo e organiza. A cama era confortável e o banheiro estava limpo. O Wi-Fi funcionou perfeitamete. O ambiente estava bem silencioso. A única recomendação seria ampliar os canais de TV, só tinham 4 canais abertos. O café da manha estava bem organizado e com boas opções. No geral, gostei do hotel, perto do Shopping e do Centro de Convenções.

Gostei muito do atendimento, funcionarios atenciosos e prestativos, tanto da recepção quanto do espaço de Café. Senti falta de alguns itens básicos de higiene no banheiro (deixaram apenas sabonete), e o colchão é um pouco fino, o que atrapalha um pouco o sono confortável. De qualquer maneira, recomendo o hotel!

A estadia foi bem agradável. O checkin foi rápido, mas os dois primeiros quartos estavam indisponíveis (pintura e limpeza), então tive que voltar na recepção 2x. E mais uma depois pra trocar de quarto, pois o ar não estava funcionando direito. Mas depois deu tudo certo... essas coisas acontecem e a equipe foi muito atenciosa. O quarto é como na foto: novo, limpo e pequeno. Ideal pra viagem a trabalho. O café da manhã tem muita variedade e suco natural à disposição.

Estadia boa, porém pode nelhorar

A estadia foi boa. Quarto com condições bastante confortáveis com ar condicionado e blackout que favoreçam uma boa dormida, porém senti falta de um frigobar que oferecesse produtos, como água e refrigerante, e falta de lixeiros dentro do quarto (só havia um lixeiro no cômodo que estava no banheiro). No banheiro havia pequenos sabonetes simples e o shampoo não era de qualidade boa além de pequenos e não serem suficientes para duas pessoas como o hotel afirma. Não havia copos dentro do quarto, obrigando-nos a ter que descer pra buscar na recepção. O café da manhã é bom e tem uma quantidade de opções razoáveis, porém vi que a reposição das comidas demora um pouco.

Cet hôtel du groupe Accor est dans un état déplorable un sous entretien volontaire sûrement pour le profit. Les chambres sentent la moisissure. La salle de bain. Les rideaux de la chambre sont plein de moisissures. La clim ne marche pas. On a dû changer de chambre. Dans la nouvelle, la clim est en partie cassée, un checkin de plus de 15 minutes avec toute cette péripéties à 3h du matin, il nous a fallu 45 minutes pour récupérer une chambre. Vous êtes un Groupe français, il est honteux de représenter la France comme cela
