Staff were amazing and very helpful especially since I really don’t speak Portuguese they tired speaking in English for me. The breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is perfect. Room and bathroom clean. I will definitely go back here

A estadia foi a trabalho. Boa localização. Não cheguei a tomar café da manha pois também serviam coffe brack no local de trabalho. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. A única coisa negativa é o box do banheiro, minúsculo.

A localização do hotel é ótima, perto de tudo, dá pra ir para a Beira Mar andando, todo o comércio pertinho. A limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar, fiquei no quarto 307 e fiquei 10 dias, no 4º dia pedi para lavarem o banheiro e não lavaram, só trocavam as toalhas. O quarto tinha aquela sujeira antiga no box e no banheiro. A cama era muito boa e o ar condicionado gelava bastante. Porém tive que solicitar uma coberta extra, no valor de R$7,00 durante a estadia. Pois o lençol era muito fino e não esquentava nada.

Razoável, mas precisa melhorar muito.

Eu fui à Fortaleza para fazer uma prova de concurso público. O hotel é bem localizado, minha estadia no geral foi tranquila, no entanto tem várias coisas que me incomodaram na minha estadia. Primeiro, o WI-FI (internet do Hotel) é muito ruim, isso dificultou a minha revisão de véspera de prova, tive que rotear minha própria rede pessoal do celular. Segundo, os corredores fedem a "chulé". Sério, não sei o que acontecia que no meu andar o cheiro do corredor era muito ruim. Terceiro, a água do vaso do banheiro vasava e isso atraia baratas, isso de trás muito desconforto com a falta de higiene (fiquei no quarto 208 do hotel). A vantagem foi a boa localização perto de tudo e o bom valor da diária do hotel, mas eu não voltaria a me hospedar nele com melhores opções disponíveis.
