Clean room, staff was friendly (for the exception on one reception guy at night) but the others were very attentive and helpful all the time. We loved the waiter at the restaurant who served us he was AWESOME! I forgot his name but it was an older (short) gentleman. The check out staff was also very attentive and helped us by calling a taxi and helped us out to the car. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back

We checked in earlier than 15.00 and so were given a disable room which was quite big. View was not nice as we were facing all the conditioning plants. Cable Tv wasn't working when we used it in the evening and couldn't be fixed. They offered us to change room but were leaving the following morning so did not take it.

Friendly staff but even front desk does not speak anything else than Portuguese. Nice pool and good breakfast. We had a standard room with noisy with view on industrial equipment. Windows are not sound proof. We had severe issues with the room safe. Bathroom was dirty and it took the whole stay to get it fixed. Good parking on site. In conclusion: Overpriced for that area. Would probably not stay again.

It was a pretty rundown area without many options. And I certainly would not take a walk at night. The hotel itself was very nice, and Erika at the front desk was extremely helpful

The hotel itself is great, very clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is the best, super yum! The pool is warm and big enough for the kids to play and enjoy. The room is spacious and the bathroom is the biggest I’ve ever seen in any hotel I’ve stayed in. I didn't give it a five stars because I was not crazy about the location, a bit far from restaurants and shoppings. Definitely, have to take a cab or Uber to move around town. Other than that, the beach is across street, white clean sand and the ocean water is always warm in Ceará. I’d recommend this hotel.

The linnens were clean, the tv screen was dirty, the shower/bathroom was dirty, moldy, I dont think the bathroom fan works so it was definately smelly and moldy looking, I can see the staff did everything to keep the room clean this was just out of the cleaning seevice control, the staff was awesome very happy to tip above and beyond for their service. I had just arrived at the end of a cold I was battling so the moldy bathroom gave me a bit of the concern. But will definately return. People were so nice.
