Adorei, recomendo e irei voltar mais vezes. Café da manhã excelente, com muita variedades e comidas deliciosas. A estrutura do hotel em si é marrravilhosa, quarto limpo, novo, confortavel, espaçoso. Área de lazer muito boa também, piscina limpa, nova... hidro incriveel. simplesmente essa hospedagem colaborou para que eu tivesse um fds incrivel, calmo de muito descanso. A localização também não deixa a desejar, ja que apesar de estar em um local calmo, é muito bem localzado e na frente de excelentes restaurantes a beira mar, alem de ser muito próximo dos mais tops como crocobeach e chico do caranguejo. recomendo

O hotel não respeita sua privacidade

Quando cheguei fui bem atendida por um recepcionista que me falou sobre o hotel e tudo o mais. Quando fui ao quarto percebi que a maçaneta não abre sem a chave, precisa virar a chave pois a trança da maçaneta estava quebrada, o quarto tem os móveis de madeira, tinha lençóis e toalhas limpos. Porém tudo lá fica pingando, a torneira mesmo você fechando com muita força ela não para de pingar, o chuveiro pinga por um bom tempo também. O piso do quarto é antigo, sabe o piso da casa da sua bisavó? É parecido. A luz do quarto não apaga todaTem uma piscina boa, mas a área lá perto tinha comida jogada no chão. O pior de tudo realmente foi quando eu estava saindo do quarto e precisei voltar, vi 3 homens mexendo em um quadro de luz, enquanto eu estava no quarto eles desligaram a energia, fechei a porta e sai. Quando voltei o cartão da energia estava em outro lugar, não onde eu deixei. Fui a portaria e perguntei se alguém entrou no quarto, o porteiro super grosseiro disse que foram as faxineiras e eu disse que não havia pedido limpeza. Que tinha 3 homens mexendo na luz quando sai e ele me garantiu que não foram eles, e ele ia verificar. De noite, ele me disse que foram os homens sim pois estavam verificando a luz. O problema é que eu não sabia que violariam a minha privacidade, deixei meus cartões e dinheiro no quarto pois pensei que fosse seguro (o cofre do quarto estava quebrado), e não sei o que houve dentro do quarto. Caso haja qualquer fraude no meu cartão, o hotel será processado.

Recepção decepção e cobrança indevida e sem ar

Atendimento da recepção um pouco decepcionante, o atendente falou que se eu saísse do quarto e esquecesse o ar ligado iria me cobrar mais. Inclusive o ar do quarto não estava funcionando com muita dificuldade conseguir mudar pra outro quarto a contra gosto da recepção. É razoável e a ruim a levar em conta que a diária não é tão barata.
