Dirtiest hotel near Beira mar. If you see any other bad review about not being clean its real. we Stay with the place with jacuzzi but we never used it since it was dirty. The pool water was dirty and you can smell strong smell of chlorine. I stayed for 10 days. every time they change bed sheet they always had stain. Only thing that was good about the hotel was the stuff. They are really friendly and they try their best to give me best experience despite being a miserable place.

nao volto mais a esse hotel

a unica coisa boa que tem esse lugar e o atendimento do pessoal. depois deixa muito que desejar começando com um cafe da manha super pobre que muda segundo o dia da semana (melhorou chegando a sexta mas pobrisimo) ate que o colchao era todo concertado e nem falar que ficamos sem elevadores por varias horas tendo que usar o de serviço

Colocaram nos em um andar que não tinha como pedir o elevador, os botões estava com defeito. Toda via, precisava ligar para a recepção, para acionar o elevador para o andar 19. Todos os outros estavam bons.

Atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Ponto negativo, estacionamento para 8 carros em um predio com mais de 20 andares. Se chegar tarde o carro fica na rua. O quarto também nao era o mesmo da foto mas é um quarto bom

Valeu a pena.

Achei as acomodações agradavéis, não tenho o que reclamar disso, porém, em relação ao chuveiro, este não esquentava, como sou soteropolitano friento, a sorte foi que na cidade de Fortaleza estava quente e isso contribuiu para que não fosse traumatizante os banhos, sobretudo pela manhã ao chegar do Fortal. Dito issto, acredito que poderiam melhorar um pouco no café da manhã também, pelo preço, acredito que é possível melhorar, area da piscina estava otima, o atendimento também não tenho o que reclamar, no primeiro dia o elevador na parte do 15 andar não estava funcionando, mas tinha o de serviço, no outro dia já funcionou, voltaria a me hospedar, é muito bem localizado, perto da beira mar, farmacia, restaurante, dentre outros.

Horrível! No primeiro dia NÃO TINHA ÁGUA para nada, o ar não funcionava, trocado o quarto no segundo dia o ar funcionava más água para banho Horrível e não esquentava. Café da manhã fraco. Enfim HORRÍVEL. Os funcionários SÃO GENTIS.

Péssima estadia

Decepcionante! Ao chegarmos no hotel, fomos informados de que o estacionamento não tinha vaga e que era rotativo. Por esse motivo, o carro deveria ficar estacionado na rua, o que acabou nos limitando na hora que tínhamos necessidade de sair, pois, se tirássemos, não havia garantia de vaga. Ao chegar no quarto, o vaso sanitário estava vazando água e molhando todo o banheiro. As toalhas estavam sujas e acabamos sendo trocados de quarto. No segundo quarto, as toalhas permaneciam sujas e havia um barulho irritante do elevador dentro do quarto. A TV só funcionava com canais locais, a cama tinha uma mola solta que machucava. E a cereja do bolo foi o péssimo atendimento da funcionária do restaurante do turno da noite, que foi altamente grosseira e mal-educada. Uma estadia cara, que era para ter sido uma experiência boa, acabou se tornando frustrante!

Fribogar não gelava(e sem nada dentro pra consumo), disseram que iam mandar um técnico ajeitar e não foi ninguém ajeitar, cofre com as teclas quebradas(impossibilitando o uso), de dentro do quarto dava pra ouvir o barulho do elevador que por sinal era muito alto, o que incomodava na hora de dormir, a janela não abria, somente 1 elevador funcionando e sempre lotado e quente, sinceramente pelo valor que paguei, tem hotéis bem melhores.

Atendimento divergente dos dois plantões.

O atendimento do Sr. Éder e seu parceiro de plantão é sem dúvidas o melhor, já o outro plantão deixa muito a desejar. Tiveram problemas com a roupa de banho e simplesmente me deixaram com uma tolha de rosto, liguei na recepção e simplesmente disseram que não podiam fazer nada. Ao sair à noite o zelador me indagou na porta sobre onde eu estava indo, não gostei nem um pouco. Na troca de plantão solicitei ao Éder toalhas e prontamente ele resolveu o problema.

Humidade, Agua do Chuveiro com Ferrugem

Condições do Hotel precárias, muita humidade, na parede revia agua, chegou a molhar o chao do quarto! Tive que solicitar um pano pra segurar a agua! A chuveiro tinha que ficar ligado uns 5 minutos pra sair parte da ferrugem que vinha na agua! Mesmo assim a agua ainda nao ficava 100% limpa (Agua quente)! O atendimento dos funcionários 100% todos muito cordiais! Porem nao indico o lugar pelo valor pago!

Organização/desburocratização são necessários

É necessário que o Administrador saiba que os hóspedes sempre necessitam usar talheres, pratos, taças etc, pois por duas vezes tive que falar com os funcionários para o responsável autorizar liberação desses utensílios básicos. Isso é inadmissível. O frigobar também passou dois dias para ser consertado. Tive que ficar mais uma diária e mais uma vez tivemos problema, já que a primeira informação, foi que era necessário encerrar a conta e entrar no site novamente para outra reserva que não tinha…. Ficamos na eminência de ter que sair para outro hotel e mais uma vez tendo que ser reportado ao responsável para autorizar. Seria bom padronizar e facilitar resolução de situações com os hóspedes para maior comodidade, fidelidade e conforto.
