I had a wonderful days staying in this hotel. It was very nice, clean, the great staff, close to everything. What impressed me most was the wonderful smell in the hotel reception. I recommend it when you go to stay in Fortaleza.

O restaurante é terceirizado, talvez por isso achei o atendimento no cafe da manhã ruim. O estacionamento é grátis, mas dificil de achar vaga. Tive muita sorte, pois os horários que retornava ao hotel, havia vaga disponível. Quarto que aluguei era alto com vista para o mar, por isso paguei maia caro. Localização é excelente, a cerca de 100 metros da feirinha da beira mar.

Bom custo benefício. Localização excelente. Quarto e cama confortáveis. Deixou a desejar na limpeza. No banheiro pia entupida com toalha velha e rasgada no check-in. Bom café da manhã, porém cobram 8,00 pelo café expresso no buffet de café da manhã que é incluso na diária. Absurdo No primeiro dia de cafe da manhã o requeijão Danúbio estava estragado. Reclamei e recolheram. Tudo bem, pode acontecer, pois é um produto fornecido por terceiros. No dia seguinte, o requeijão estava de novo no local. Perguntei a garçonete com a qual eu havia reclamado no dia anterior e fui informado de que se o requeijão estava lá é porque o problema havia sido resolvido. Peguei o requeijão e de novo estragado. Novamente recolheram. Isso já não pode acontecer. Demonstra a desorganização e o pouco cuidado com os hóspedes no quesito qualidade. Intoxicação alimentar é muito sério. Eu, um adulto identifiquei o problema. Será que uma criança teria esse discernimento? Para um hotel do porte do Bourbon isso não pode acontecer.
