Custo benefício não vale a pena

Nos tivemos alguns problemas logo no primeiro dia que a minha filha estava brincando na piscina infantil com as monitoras e ela escorregou e caiu e bebeu bastante água e a minha sorte que eu estava na mesma piscina e peguei a minha filha . Eu gritei e as monitoras não fizeram nada , na verdade ela nem se atentaram que minha filha estava bebendo água . Fui na recepção falar com o gerente e não consegui então me passaram o chefe da recreação pois ele estava no ocorrido !!!! Não me passaram o gerente para falar do ocorrido . E o outro ponto são as bebidas e os pratos a lá Carte estavam bem caros , praticamente quase ninguém na piscina estava consumindo devido ao preço . Um sorvete que custa 7,00 reais em São Paulo , lá estava 20,00 Mas do resto o buffet incluso no café da manhã e jantar estava muito bom de ótima qualidade. Só não acho que justifique o preço que pagamos de quase 15mil reais por 6 noites !!! Não vale o custo benefício , com certeza não voltarei

Hotel maravilhoso! Desde a limpeza até a comida. O único problema ter que ir embora haha. Mas o resto estava tudo maravilhoso. Super recomendo. Fui com meu marido, filho de 6 anos e bebê de 11 meses. Pessoal super prestativo. Amamos e vamos voltar!

Atenção quartos velhos

O hotel peca pelos seus quartos serem muito velhos, meu quarto cheirava a mofo o colchão era pessimo, ao questionar o hotel recebi a resposta que foi a categoria escolhida, pasmem!!! Tenho a mensagem para provar. Argumentei que minha queixa não era da categoria ele é amplo, sofá cama ok para as crianças mas das condições do mesmo. O retorno que tive foi uma limpeza mais detalhada e uma máquina de ozônio para purificar o ar não adiantou pq fazia barulho. Restaurante está reformado a comida é divina nossa pacote era meia pensão, comida de qualidade. Equipe de recreação e toda a equipe do hotel é super atenciosa e solicita donos no carnaval tinha música ao vivo todos os dias e muita diversão.

Melhor hotel do Beach Park

Dos hotéis da Rede, até agora, foi o que mais gostamos - por ser beira-mar, perto do Beach Park, colado na Vila Azul. Tivemos a sorte de ficar no quarto 110, térreo e em frente a brinquedoteca. Para quem tem crianças é a melhor opção!. O que não gostamos muito foi o fato do quarto só ter um banheiro. Não sei se seria possível, mas acomodações com mais quartos e banheiros trariam maior conforto aos hóspedes. Outra coisa chatinha que o hotel poderia evitar é a falta de noção dos hóspedes de colocar toalhas e roupas para “reservar” as cadeiras da piscina e da praia. Se colocassem avisos ostensivos de proibição de tal conduta, acredito que inibiria bastante. Eu, particularmente, não acho certo e tirava os objetos quando percebia que não havia ninguém por ali... Cadeiras, guarda-sol, mesas etc devem ser utilizados por pessoas e não, coisas. Quem quiser ocupar todos os lugares ao mesmo tempo se conforme, pois só conheço Deus que é onipresente!

Excelente Experiência de Estadia

A estadia no Beach Park Suítes Hotel foi incrível desde o momento do check-in até o momento do check-out. Excelente atendimento, funcionários muito educados e solícitos, quartos espaçosos e bem limpos, cama muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas, excelente área de lazer para adultos e crianças, café da manhã e jantar fartos e de qualidade em um amplo espaço, onde mesmo com o hotel com alta ocupação, atendeu muito bem a todos sem necessidade de espera (os horários das refeições podem ser agendados). Tem salva vidas nas piscinas sempre atentos e em movimento, tem recreação a todo momento tanto na piscina, quanto na área kids, com excelentes profissionais. A localização é ótima, ao lado da Vila Azul do Mar e da entrada do Beach Park. Recomendo a experiência de estadia neste resort e com certeza voltarei.
