I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

Hotel antigo, limpeza otima, funcionarios na recepcao e limpeza super atenciosos No geral um otimo lugar para dormir, sendo o necessário para descansar (cama e ar-condicionado MUITO BONS). Para uma proxima se necessário, me hospedaria. A parte da piscina nao chama a atencao do cliente.

Não recomendo. Baratas no quarto. Banheiro com cheio de esgoto. Porta do quarto emperrada. Chuveiro horrível, ou a água era muito quente ou muito fria. Foi pedida limpeza do quarto uma vez e não foi limpo. Café da manhã só é bom aos sabados e domingos pois tem crepe, tapioca e cuscuz. Fora isso, é bem simples e sem graça. Ainda quiseram me cobrar uma meia diária erradamente. A única coisa boa é a localização. Pior experiência de hotel que já tive. Não recomendo.

O localização é ótima, O café da manhã é bom, cumpre o que promete! Atendimento na recepção rude ao ponto de dizer que não tinha mais reserva para chegar no dia, quando informei meu nome sem olhar em nenhum local repetiu a resposta, quando apresentei o comprovante, mesmo assim o questionamento continuou! O chuveiro todo entupido fazendo o banho parecer uma eternidade! Desejo sucesso ao proprietário, porém não retornarei!

O que eu mais gostei foi da localização do hotel, pois é perto dos pontos turísticos da cidade. O atendimento dos funcionários também foi excelente. Para mim, que fui a cidade para participar de um evento, o hotel atendeu às minhas expectativas. Um inconvenience foi o serviço de internet, que é muito ruim e também o barulho da avenida que incomoda um pouco na hora de dormir.
