We were given 2 hand towels none for shower. Shower never got warm. Handsink doesn't stay on automatically. TV was on snow screen when we arrived at 2am to light the room. Toilet paper got soaked from shower overspray and leaky sink. Bug in the honey and egg shells in the scrambled egg buffet. No soap or shampoo, but the cold shower wasn't enticing anyways

Not safe for foreigners. Treated rudely by staff and charged extra hidden fees juet for a friend who dropped by for dinner and then left. The hotel wakes up at 5 am and then doors are slamming. When i came in late one night, the desk clerk called the police to complain about noise at 1 am. I cancelled my reservation and they loat enough money to pay that clerk's salary for 6 months. Absolutely rude!!!

Horrible Hotel

This was a horrible hotel. While I was showering I saw a cockroach and once I was out of the shower I saw baby cockroaches crawling up on the walls. We checked out immediately, but since I booked through Hotels.com and they were unable to reach the hotel manager; therefore, lost my refund. They did not check me out when I left the hotel, so I was also unable to even get a partial refund. I went back to the hotel and the reception provided me with the managers WhatsApp. I messaged him and there has been no response. This hotel is a scam, they know about the infestation, but continue to take reservations online and then they get to keep people’s money as they do not respond to Hotels.com.

Hotel com funcionários atenciosos. Mas a manutenção precária. As avaliações negativas são reais! Banheiro alaga totalmente, de uma ponta a outra. Péssima experiência com o banheiro, perigando alguém cair. Não é um molhado a mais, é alagado mesmo! Água do chuveiro com cheiro ruim. Tampa do vaso quebrada. Camas, toalhas e lençois com aspecto de velhos.

Estadia ruim. Reservei o quarto com um número respectivo de camas, mas quando fiz o check in, o funcionário acabou me hospedando em um quarto diferente do que escolhi. Pense num quarto ruim, sem proteção acústica alguma, você escutava tudo, dormir até as 6h era quase uma missão. Além disso, os móveis eram velhos, sem iluminação, sendo apenas o ar condicionado a melhor parte. Depois de reclamar e aguardar 1 dia fui para um quarto melhor, tinha ao menos uma mesa decente e uma cama. Quanto aos funcionários, não tenho do que reclamar, me atenderam bem, mesmo após o check in e as reclamações, sempre atenciosos e agindo dentro das limitações estruturais da estadia. O café da manhã é bom, tem uma senhora muito simpática que faz outras opções. Apesar de não ter uma variedade muito grande, é satisfatório. O elevador é péssimo. Lento e só suporta no máximo 3 pessoas (só tem 1 elevador) e o café da manhã e piscina são no último andar rsrs. Enfim. É isso. Para 1 dia ok. Para mais do que isso, não dá.
