"The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas."

"Couldn’t check in at three o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned up. It was ready at almost 3:30, and there was no apology. The atrium was noisy until night. The 24-hour shuttle bus is convenient."
